5AGXFB3H4F35I5N/G

5AGXFB3H4F35I5N specified as ROHS5 on the datasheet

5AGXFB3H4F35I5G specified as ROHS6 on the datasheet

Normally ROHS5 is ROHS compliant except for Lead content in the connections (in this case the solder balls)

On the website both are specified as having lead-free solder balls.

Can someone please clarify the difference between N & G packages.

Will N package need to be re-balled to run through a lead-free solder process?

    Hello John,

I am not clear with your request. Are you asking if the N package can run in a leaded soldering process?

    Thanks

What are the solder balls on N package?

        PB-Sn or PB-free?
