Can anyone send me the pin list for the 10M50DAF484I7G?
I would like to create an Altium symbol and need the spreadsheet showing pin names numbers and banks.

Is there a development board for this device or one that uses a similar part in the Stratix10 family?

You can refer to that link for the official development kit with Stratix 10 device. The part number is only available as listed on the web.
