10CL010Y BSDL File

Hello, where can I find the BSDL file for the 256 pin version of the 10CL010Y? I can find the one for 10CL010 but this is incorrect for the silicon I am using and tries to test some GND pins.

Thanks

Which BSDL pins do you see in conflict with actual pin mapping?

There are multiple ones, for instance J11 in the BSDL file is entered as...

    --BSC group 87 for I/O pin J11
    "261 (BC_1, IOJ11, input, X)," &
    "262 (BC_1, *, control, 1)," &
    "263 (BC_1, IOJ11, output3, X, 262, 1, Z)," &

But on the Intel ref design schematic (doc 150-0321321-A1) it's shown as being GND

I know this is for the 10CL025Y version but they are meant to be pin compatible?

The 256 pin devices are migration-compatible, not pin-identical. Comparing 10CL010 and 10CL025 pinout would have clarified.

J11 is one of the pins that has to be connected to ground in migration compatible design although it's IO in 10CL010.
