I know this is for the 10CL025Y version but they are meant to be pin compatible?
Super ContributorThe 256 pin devices are migration-compatible, not pin-identical. Comparing 10CL010 and 10CL025 pinout would have clarified.
J11 is one of the pins that has to be connected to ground in migration compatible design although it's IO in 10CL010.
