10CL010Y BSDL File

Hello, where can I find the BSDL file for the 256 pin version of the 10CL010Y? I can find the one for 10CL010 but this is incorrect for the silicon I am using and tries to test some GND pins. Thanks...

There are multiple ones, for instance J11 in the BSDL file is entered as...

--BSC group 87 for I/O pin J11
"261 (BC_1, IOJ11, input, X)," &
"262 (BC_1, *, control, 1)," &
"263 (BC_1, IOJ11, output3, X, 262, 1, Z)," &

But on the Intel ref design schematic (doc 150-0321321-A1) it's shown as being GND

I know this is for the 10CL025Y version but they are meant to be pin compatible?
