1.5 PCML lines not appearing in IBIS file

Question

I am using a Cyclone 4 (EP4CGX30CF23I7N) and when I try generate my IBIS model, none of the pins on my HSSI seem to be included in the IBIS model. I have checked the cyclone 4 IBIS manual, but there does not seem to be any description of the 1.5V PCML IO standard in the model template.

This seems very strange to me because if any lines are going to be needed to be simulated in a third party program, then it's these lines! Please help.

In summary, Altera only provide HSPICE models for 1.5V PCML. Their IBIS files do not support that I/O standard.
