New Contributorwhen I use Quartus prime standard edition 18.1 to make migration for 10AX048H4F34I3SG & 10AX027H4F34I3SG, the reslut is difference 18.1Pro. I also use 19.2 Pro ,the result is the same with 18.1Pro. I want to know that is bug?

I compared the pin file for standard181 and pro191. The pin location are the same for both version. May I know what is the differences ? May I know what is pcg you are referring to?
