Which software can open the pcb docment of DE2?

I want to reference the PCB of DE2. The document is NiosII_CycloneII_R01.pcb,which can be finded in the directory of nios. But I can't open it by protel99se and DXP2004sp2. :confused: Which edition c...

Hello,

according to some project documents, the evaluation board design was made with PADS PowerPCB, a product aquired by Mentor. Unfortunately it isn't among the design systems I have access to, so I can't check.
