Which Dev. Kit is suitable for my project?

Hi,

I'd like to buy a Dev. Kit. for my project. But I don't know how can I select a suitable Dev. Kit.

My project is for calculating an arithmatic formulation.

Input: one digital input as start button

Output: 8 seven segments as output ( So, I need 56 digital outputs for connecting to 8 seven segments because I will design seven segments decoders in FPGA )

Needed memory: 100 Bytes

That's appreciated if help me to select the suitable Dev. Kit for my project.

Cheers,

Reza

I also recommend to choose the DE0-Nano. It have 2x 40 pin connectors with total 72 IO. Also there is 26 pin connector under the card with 8 inputs to AD converter and 16 IO.

One thing that I didn't like is lack of ESD protection in IO pins and I don't know how many dev kit is effected. There is some protection in FPGA but with external ESD components it can hadle SW development area which isn't ESD protected area.

    DE2 have total 8 7-seg displays in 3 groups (2-2-4)

You can find DE series dev kits from terasic.
