Where to buy replacement fan for Intel Arria 10 SoC development kit

I have two Arria 10 SoC developement kits (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/arria-10-soc-development-kit.html).

The fan on both boards dies recently.

Is there a way to claim warranty on those development kits?

Or is there a place to buy the replacement fan?
