What makes the NIOS processor better than ST32 ARM processor?

I am moving my business from ARDUINO to ARM or FPGA. can you help me to know the difference?

    Hi,

    It is a long story. The NIOS is a soft-coded processor which you can flexibly create a system having the required components on your FPGA, you may use more than one NIOS processor in the same FPGA and connected or not connected together (up to you). you have the flexibility and connectivity to FPGA if you want to use a custome circuit on the FPGA top level design.
