use analog input of Statix IV board for project of solar

Hello,

i have solar panel (voltage 24 v and current 4 A) , so i would use this two informations like input in the statix IV borad

but i would know how i can use the analog input and the maximum voltage supported by analog input of startix IV board ;

and how i can use adc (Analog to Digital convertissor ) and DAC ?

if somebody have any idea about this !
