Unable to run lpm_inv

Hello , I have the MAXII Micro kit with the EPM2210F324C3. I have a small schematic project with a simple lpm_inv block. It compiles fine and downloads fine. But I'm unable to see any change ...

Thanks for replying, but how do you drive it. Is there an extra component that has to come beween the pin and lpm_inv?

For testing, I directly apply a signal to Pin C11.
