Training Link Hang

Hi Support,

I tried several times to register "Custom Protocol Design in Altera 28-nm Devices " (O28CP1110).

After I click "Register Me", browser stopped response.

I tired different browser Chrome and Edge.

They all have the same problem.

"Registration for High-Speed Serial Protocol Design with Altera Transceiver Devices" shown same problem.

Would you help on this?
