The problem in useing SignalTapII(Quartusii9.1 web )

I have a cyclone iii stater board. After downloading the program in the board, i wanted to use the function of "signalTap ii logical analyzer".But a messagebox appeared,which tell me that i need turn on the talkback feature.How can I solve the problem? Thanks.
