Terasic DE2 5MP Camera example

Hello i bought the terasic DE2 AND the 5MP Camera but it isnt working properly.

It comes with a .sof file already compiled, when i download it to the FPGA everything is ok BUT when i try to compile the project myself and download the *.sof to the FPGA the image displayed in my monitor is GREEN with a lot of noises.

All i get is some time requirements not met problem.

Please any suggestion is welcome
