Hi,
I am interested in using the ADA board to generate DC voltages from 0 to 3.3 Volts. I realize that I will need to remove the transformer to have DC operation. Additionally, I would likely need to do something so that the circuit can provide the relatively high voltage. I believe that the DAC chip on the board is limited to around 1.2 Volts. Can anybody suggest a simple way to achieve the high voltages that I need? Thanks, Hooter - Altera_Forum

Can someone explain why there are two transformers in series on each ADC input? I understand that one is needed for level shifting, but why two?

Obviously, they are intended to improve common mode rejection a higher frequencies.

Yes, that makes sense, thanks. I'm not sure I can agree that it is obvious :).

Agreed, but I think, it's the only plausible explanation. As the possibly more important question, I'm also not sure if it's necessary.
