Stratix2 Programing problem

I have a PCIe Stratix II GX dev kit. I am having problems loading my design (sof) into the FPGA.

When I do auto detect it does detect both the FPGA and the MAXII. I remove the unwanted device from the list and then I load my file for the Stratix II, check the program/configure box and press start.

The error I get is

Device chain description file does not match physical chain -- expected 1 device(s) but found 2 device(s)

Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance.

P.S. Also, does anyone knows if there are any example designs/tutorials for this dev kit.

    Solved it.

    The Solution was to include the MAXII device in the chain on the right order. I was either excluding it or placing it a location 2. It works fine now.
