New Contributorstratix 10 MX 1sm21bhu2 - BTS or compilation not working
The Programmer identifies "Intel Stratix 10 MX FPGA Development Kit [USB-1]" over USB. However, I am not able to program any of the examples, because the programmer crash's with loading an SOF under BTS (error attached below).
The board test system will start but hangs in "setup connection to system console server". I am using Quartus 18.0 as recommended in the dev kit pdf under section 5.1.
I have tried Quartus prime pro 22.4 and 18.0.

Hi there,
This error due to a corrupt or incomplete installation of the Intel Quartus Prime Pro software. Please Reinstall the Intel Quartus Prime Pro software to avoid this error.

Sean_GotI fully uninstalled Quartus 18.0 and reinstalled a fresh version. I was also able to get BTS to open and connect to the board, it gets to around 35% then fails, and needs to reinitialize BTS.
Failed to read production information from this SOF in the FPGA. Please select compatible FPGA design from Configure option in the menu bar. If you still meet this issue, please try to restart the BTS GUI.When using the programmer, I still receive the same error message as before.

1. Make sure the chip model matches the package.
2. Are you using the ES version?
3. Please give me complete feedback on the errors reported in the programmer
