StarterKit and DE1 difference

Hi, just a quick question, and I apologize if this has already been covered, but I didn't find anything when I searched, so perhaps I didn't quite hit the right criteria...

What is the difference between the Cyclone II starter kit board and the DE1 board? They seem to have the same specs as far as I can tell.
