Shipping limitation for Intel FPGA Download CableⅡ

I'm thinking anout to use "Intel FPGA Download CableⅡ" to update our priduct FPGA.

Are there any countries or regions where shipments of this cable are restricted?

So far no restriction to ship the Altera FPGA programming cable.
