RoHS exemption 15 expiring on 02/29/2020

As the RoHS exemption 15 is expiring soon and new exemption 15a will be effective after 02/29/2020. I have a list of parts (2.7k) that belongs to ARRIA V (GX, GT GZ, ST SX) series.

If we see the process technology for this ARRIA V series, it is built on TSMC's 28nm process technology.

Now as per the new definition of 15a

- a semiconductor technology node of 90 nm or larger;

But, here technology is less than 90 nm, So, will these parts become RoHS non-compliant after 29th Feb 2020?

Please share your expertise.

    Specific to ADV2002, this is ONLY a label content change. The ADV2002 is NOT a notification for ROHS compliance status or change in status.

    - There are certain products (<300mm2 die, technology newer than 90nm) that will not meet Ex15a. Those are due to expire by end of Feb 2020.

    - To prevent misrepresentation, we are removing the printing of "Rohs compliant" to accommodate products that by February will fall into two groups: ROHS compliant products and non-ROHS compliant (formerly ROHS compliant) products.

    - Also, the barcode label is not the formal declaration of ROHS compliant, and is not required by the EU ROHS Directive.
