Restricted Access Error on Trying to Create an Account

Hi, I am trying to create an account using my work email id, to purchase the Intel FPGA license. When I enter my email, I get the following error. Could I know the possible reasons for the same? ...

Hi,

The problem is actually in creating an account on intel icensing centre with my university email address, as it is showing Singapore as a restricted domain. As mentioned on the links shared by you, the university license can be requested only from a university emaiI address. I have already contacted the Intel customer support, and they redirected me here.

Could you let me know how to proceed ahead with this issue?
