Remote update for Cyclone IV E

Hi huan_wang

There is no Remote System update design example for the Cyclone IV E.

However there are example design for the Cyclone V where you can refer to the link below:

You could try migrating the design to the Cyclone IV.

It should be able to work with the same steps.
