Reliability data(FIT) and End of LIfe for Part : 10M16DAF256I6G

Dear Team,

I need the EOL and FIT rate for Part : 10M16DAF256I6G

I went through the similar posts and followed the instruction but I can't access the data with the account I have.

So, kindly provide me the required data either the report or specific number for available CL and temperature

      Hello,

      Could you provide the usage temperature, stress temperature and activation energy for above data.

      Also, how to derive FIT for other usage temperatures from it (the equation or standard for calculation).
