Reference Design for Video and Audio Processing (store and comparision)

Hi there. I`m new here so my appologies if my question must be in other part of the forum. I need a reference design that have a Video (Composite and Component) interface and a Stereo Audio. Then I need to store this A/V information and compare it with other signals. The application is to verify the video and audio quality from a DVD board.
