I would like to know what is the radiation (X-ray) effect on Cyclone V devices and what is the acceptable dose rate in this device. I have looked for this information in the documentation but I believe it is not available.

For your information, Radiation (X-Ray) have no effect at all to the device such as Cyclone V. Our products are resilient to typical X-ray exposure levels experienced in fab and assembly processing as well as in inspection steps.
