New ContributorQuartus do not see Stratix® 10 MX FPGA as a PCIe* card
I have inserted Stratix® 10 MX FPGA into a PCIe* slot, and installed Quartus, but Quartus doesn't see the hardware/FPGA. If there are some problems with PCIe, or I have to install/activate smth?

New ContributorI have installed Stratix® 10 MX FPGA into a PCIe* slot, but Windows Device Manager doesn't see it. What can be a problem?
Still, when the desktop and board powers up, the blue power LED illuminates and the board is ready for use.
