Honored ContributorThe connector is designated cpld isp in the DE1 schematics, which seems self-explanatory so far. You can use it, to reprogram the embedded USB Blaster CPLD, if you know, how to. But Terasic doesn't provide neither sources nor a factory default *.pof file, so I guess, you had better, I you don't.
