ptf files required

Hi all, I have recently bought cyclone2 board with EP2C20F484C7 chip. The software I received does not contain any full featured or standard ep2c20*.ptf files. From where I can get them? Than...

I don't have quartus project for ep2c20. I have ep2c20.sof but no related *.ptf file.

I could successfully run the program using C2_Starter_SD_Card_Audio.sof and C2_Starter_SD_Card_Audio.ptf but in that case output was seen only on the console not on the board. I tried several pairs of .sof and .ptf files to run the project but they are not working. what is the 'missing link' in my case?
