PSRAM on 3c120

Hello all,

Now I need to write a PSRAM controller on 3c120 but I cannot find its data sheet on SamSung website.If anyone has this,please share it with me.(Its partnumber is K1B3216B2E-BI70)

    If you just needs to get up and running, PSRAM can used as plain-ol' async SRAM.

    There's a common specification that most PSRAM adhere to, so following a, say, micron datasheet will work fine. Just be sure you know your aspect ratio and assume a 70ns cycle time.
