Program Problem with EP3C40F484I7 FPGAs

1. Clarification:

1.1 Yes, we have follow the AN425.

1.2 We did generate .jam file from .pof file by Quartus II.

1.3 JTAG Technologies using jam STAPL player (with .jam file).

2. We performed additional tests:

2.1 We run Jam STAPL Player in DOS Command Window, using ByteBlasterMV.

The commands were:

For configuration: jam.exe -v -aConfigure -p378 config.jam >>stat.txt

For programming : jam.exe -v -aProgram -p378 config.jam >>stat.txt

2.2 When the programming was successful we got the following status - see attachment stat -1.

When the programming failed we got the following status - see attachment stat -2.

Note: The programming never failed in the middle of the process, only at the beginning.

2.3 With Quartus II + ByteBlasterMV we haven't any problem to program.
