Problems in Nios II ,Cyclone III edition

Hi,

I have the Nios II ,Cyclone III edition and when I connect it to the PC it doesn't find the USB blaster driver and I did all the steps mentioned in the user guide and the computer still doesn't find the USB blaster driver. So what should I do?

And also when I connect the board to the Ethernet it gives me the message connecting and after a while It gives me this IP 0.0.0.0 and I turned the DHCP service on my computer.

So what is the problem?

    If you are running Windows XP Home/Pro, the DHCP service is a client, not a server. You would either need to install and run a DHCP server, or configure your board to use a static address.
