Problem with TREX-S2 fromTerasic

I have one Kit "TREX-S2 FPGA Module" from Terasic.

I have configured and download the Nios System,

but I can´t download the software of the microprocessor.

The console show this messages:

Using cable "USB-Blaster [USB-0]", device 1, instance 0x00

Pausing target processor: not responding.

Resetting and trying again: FAILED

Leaving target processor paused

Please, could someone help me with this problem?

    Is it your own Quartus project, or did you use a standard sof file provided with the kit?

    It seems that your CPU is inactive. It can come from a bad clock or reset signal, or because you don't have a license for the CPU and closed the Opencores window.

    Thanks very much for your reply, but fortunately I could solve the problem.

    I have some come under the folder "my documents" and this issue gives me several problems.

    I put everything under the folder "C/Altera/.." and now things work.
