problem with SDRAM_Controller on DE2

I use the card DE2 in a project to the Pattern Recognition, I build the platform in any hardware that is the flow of video does not pass through NIOSII, (I've used the draft provided by Altera DE2_CCD which is the CDROM map) Now I want to treat this flow by NIOSII but not stop the flow past a hardware why I've used another SDRAM controller who is in SOPC Builder to take data from the SDRAM, treat them and return them to see the result on the LCD, my question is what I can control by 2 SDRAM Controllers: Sdram_Control_4Port (exists in the project DE2_CCD provided by Altera) and SDRAM_controller in SOPC Builder (which I created) ? and how?
