problem with EP2C70 DSP kit!

I'm using the dsp Ep2c70 kit with a video daughter card for motion detection

I'm facing a lot of problems with this kit especially with the DDR memory

1- the DDR2 can not function properly using a clock more than 133 MHz

2- the DDR2 can not operate on a data bus wider than 32-bit

3- there is no reference or example design or application note using this kit in video applications. Even the example design shipped in the video daughter card CD does not function properly!!
