Problem running BeMicroSDK tutorial in NioII EDS 10.1

Hello,

Sorry for many questions on the BeMicroSDK. Appreicate any input and advice.

On building the tutorial (BeMicro_SDK_Embedded_System_SW_Lab_v1_21.pdf) on Nios EDS 10.1, there is no response from the Nios II console. I've tried from scratch several times, including reinstalling the whole IDE, unfortunately nothing helped. The NiosII console remained blank.

The difference noticed is on page 26 - while the PDF file read (first screen on the page):

Note that the value after "Download", mine is considerably smaller than in the tutorial, i.e. [00]000020 vs [04]...

Is my NioII build broken so there is no response in the NioII console? The processor not even started?
