I'm searching for a  pin assignment csv file (Stratix II EP2S60F1020C4):( Does any one have the pin assignment csv file ? Thank you very much:)

If it is a development kit from altera, then download the kit files (or check the CD), there will be a project called "golden top".

Pin assignments are created for boards, not FPGAs. Is Your board manufactured by Altera? If yes, what is the model of the BOARD?
