PCIe Stratix II GX Kit

Hi,

I am using the PCIe Stratix II Dev Kit. I have two specific Questions

1.) Does any one knows how much current each bank of the FPGA can provide, specifically the bank connected to the HSMC connector?

2.) What is the FPGA i/o current or voltage for a i/o pin on the fpga?

I have looked in the manual but its not completely clear.
