Hi Lerxt,

the pins 4 and 5 refer to the 100MHz oscillator mounted on the board. You can use the schematics delivered with the board to follow the path of the signals (the file is s2gxpcie.pdf, very useful).

I think as well that you should connect the tx_clk and rx_clk to the phy.

For the reset, you can internally connect the fpga reset to the phy_reset (pin H31).
