PCI Express edge connector details

The Cyclone IV PCIe dev kit seems to contain all the manufacturing info for the board, and I'd like to extract the mechanical details for the PCIe gold edge connector from it. Unfortunately none of this info seems to be for any CAD system I have access to. Does anyone know where I can get this info (without stumping up loads of money to the PCIe implementers group).

Edit - I've found the data, some of the specs seem to escaped the PCI-SIG, possibly because $3000 PA seems pretty steep.
