opencores ethermac sof + ptf file for Cyclone III nios2eval kit

Does anyone have a sof + ptf file with opencores ethermac that they could share?

I'm trying to port a solution from Xilinx to Altera and we'd like to stick with the opencores ethermac because it served us well under Xilinx.

Unfortunally my FPGA skills is not up to getting the opencores ethermac to work with the nios2eval kit even if my sw skills can easily deal with the eCos opencores ethermac driver problem :-)
