Non-Volatile Configuration of the Stratix2 DSP Development Board

Hi!

I have been going through the Stratix2 DSP development Board Reference manual and Datasheet documents and I cannot understand fully how to configure the board with a user-defined non-volatile configuration.

I have sucessfully generated the intel hex output in Quartus, but from then on I don't know what to do.

Could anybody plese give me a step-by-step explanation of what needs to be done to complete this operation?
