Hello,

Terasic is Altera partner. They provide good USB Blaster cables.

You need to mention which MAX device you want to use.

MAX II? MAX V? - these are older devices, you can use USB Blaster 1 programming cable.

MAX10? - this is current device. you can use USB Blaster 1 or USB Blaster II programming cable.
