MTTFd For EPM7000 Series

Hello, I am looking for the MTTFd rating (Or FIT) for the EPM7128AE and the EPM7256AE. Thanks in Advance!

Hello,


For your information, MAX 7000 series devices are based on flash memory cells. Since flash memory is relatively immune to the impact of terrestrial neutron and alpha particles, these memories have a very small FIT rate which is difficult to measure.
