    Regarding the request for the FIT value of 10M16SAU169I7G. Below are the details for the FIT value.

    FIT= 20.5 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.

      Hi Nazrul,

      May i know more details of how this FIT value was obtained (i.e. test junction temperature, total device test hours, failures, etc) ? Thank you.
