MSEL pins

I am using the Stratix II GX Audio Video Development Board. I am trying to figure out what I need to set my MSEL pins to. Is there a table somewhere that lists the different configurations? I cannot find it in the reference guide that came with the kit.

    In 'Stratix II device handbook' on page 554, there is a whole table given on MSEL pins
