Model Sim Simulate Cyclone III dev board

Is there a Verilog file describing the Cylcone III dev board? I want to simulate some basic designs which require the clock present on the board.

I realize I can write my own clock, but eventually I'd like to simulate other peripherals on the board, as well as peripherals on the HSMC interface.

I am new to hardware development, but I want to learn how to simulate as closely to my actual hardware setup as possible.
