MAX10 ESD Withstand Voltage

Please could someone tell me what the ESD withstand voltage is for the MAX10, please? Or where to find it, as I have been looking and cannot find them anywhere. Specifically it is for the 10M50DAF256...

Looking at the White Papers "A Case for Lowering Component Level HBM/MM ESD Specifications and Requirements" back in 2018, can I assume that the MAX10 is 500V HBM level, and 250V CDM, as proposed in 2021, as this is what the industry was proposing?

      Because there was no simple information for the single HBM and CDM values for this part forthcoming from Intel. These white papers cover IC's, then unless it's less, these values are the best information we currently have.
