Hello there! Just very simple question, may not simple aswer... It would be feasible implementing sharp lr3692 lcd controller on max2 cpld as substitute?. Im not sure since seems sharp chip have so...

Hi,

apparently LR3692 contains only digital functions of a LCD controller, analog display driver are external to it. In so far it should be possible to implement it in CPLD. Not sure if largest MAX II or MAX V with 2210 LE will be sufficient.

Also LR3692 is 5V device, there's no recent 5V capable CPLD with sufficient logic resources on the market.
