You may use any LCD as long as you have the controller IP(verilog or vhdl) to program inside MAX10.

Thanks in advance for your answer. I know i can usea any lcd as long as i have the controller. The question here is replacing the actual lr3692 sharp ic with cpld. If it is feasible for max ii family or not
